We strive to provide accurate sizing information in the description of each product. Since we feature items from various vendors, sizing can vary. We recommend reading the product description carefully for any specific fit details or measurements.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you choose during the checkout process.

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable. We will make every effort possible to assist in locating your package. We provide a tracking number for all shipments.

After you place your order, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be prepared for shipment. Once shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Yes, we offer an in-store pickup option for local orders. You can select this option during checkout.

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to address any issues with your order.

We does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do size exchanges. Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available.

You have 14 days from purchase date to return for store credit. 

Store credit expires 1 year after issuing and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. 

All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer
