All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.

Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING, and orders over $250 ship FREE.

For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option! 

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.  We will provide a tracking number for all shipments. 

Please be aware that, we handle returns based on a case by case method. We are a vendor market, so the store does not own the merchandise. We payout our vendors monthly, once they are paid we are not in control of a return. We work very closely with our vendors to keep our customers happy, and can usually resolve a return. Please understand, the final decision is on the individual vendor, not Pink Magnolia Marketplace. Returns made in the same month of purchase are easiest.
